Booking and Refund Policy

We know life with pregnancy and little ones can be unpredictable! Here’s a clear outline of how our bookings and refunds work.

Group Classes & Courses

  • Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.

  • If you need to cancel before the start of a class/course, please give us at least 7 days’ notice. We’ll do our best to move you to another date if space allows.

  • Courses (e.g. 5-week blocks): Once a course has started, refunds cannot be given if you miss or cancel sessions partway through.

  • Missed sessions in a block cannot be carried over, transferred to another course, or refunded.

  • Cancellations after the notice period are non-refundable.

1-to-1 Sessions

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be charged in full.

  • If you need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible — we’ll always try to accommodate.

Cancellations by Us

If we ever need to cancel or reschedule, we’ll contact you straight away and offer either a new date or a full refund.

Products

  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items can be returned for a replacement or refund if you contact us within 14 days.

  • Non-faulty items can be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days (postage not included).

  • Some items (like opened hygiene products, digital downloads or personalised products) are non-returnable unless faulty.
