Understanding labour and birth — what to expect and how to feel confident throughout
Pain relief options and how to make informed choices
The partner’s role — practical ways to give comfort and support during birth
Postnatal recovery & newborn care essentials
Relaxation and breathing techniques to stay calm and focused
✨ One session will be dedicated to birth partners, led by a relaxation specialist, to help both of you prepare together for a positive birth experience.

Foundations for Birth is a warm, supportive antenatal class designed to help you feel calm, confident, and informed as you prepare for birth. Learn essential tools, explore your options, and begin building a positive, empowered foundation for your birth journey.
Sibling Preparation Class
£40 per child
Our Sibling Preparation Class gently supports growing families by helping little ones understand and feel included in the arrival of a new baby. Through age-appropriate activities and calm, reassuring guidance, we nurture excitement and ease any worries as they prepare for their important new role.
Nursey Setup Support

Our Nursery Setup Support offers calm, practical guidance to help you create a nurturing, functional space for your baby. From layout to essentials, we’ll work together to design a beautiful, safe environment tailored to your family’s needs and style.
