Our Services

5 week Antenatal Course

£200 per couple

Our 5-week antenatal course offers a calm, supportive space to prepare for birth and early parenthood, with one 2-hour session each week. In small groups, you’ll explore labour, birth, partner support, newborn behaviour, baby care, and the fourth trimester through a blend of practical techniques and clear, evidence-based guidance. The course includes a dedicated partner-focused relaxation session, a goody bag in week one, and a personalised 1:1 postpartum follow-up to support you beyond the course.

1 day Antenatal Course

£220 per couple

Our one-day antenatal course is a relaxed, comprehensive option covering everything you need to feel prepared for birth and early parenthood in a single day. You’ll learn about labour, birth, partner support, relaxation techniques, newborn behaviour, baby care, and the early postnatal period, with time to practise key skills. Lunch is included, along with a partner-focused relaxation element, a goody bag, and a personalised 1:1 postpartum follow-up after your baby arrives.

Postpartum follow up session

£45

Our 1-hour postpartum follow-up session offers a calm, supportive space to reflect on your birth experience and navigate the early days with your baby. This personalised 1:1 session gives you the opportunity to ask questions, revisit key topics, and receive gentle, tailored support around feeding, recovery, and adjusting to life with your newborn. It’s a chance to feel heard, reassured, and supported as you move through the early stages of parenthood.
