What you’ll learn

  • Understanding labour and birth — what to expect and how to feel confident throughout

  • Pain relief options and how to make informed choices

  • The partner’s role — practical ways to give comfort and support during birth

  • Postnatal recovery & newborn care essentials

  • Relaxation and breathing techniques to stay calm and focused

✨ One session will be dedicated to birth partners, led by a relaxation specialist, to help both of you prepare together for a positive birth experience.
