YOU DON'T GET A PRACTICE PREGNANCY

Preparing for birth can feel overwhelming.

There are endless opinions online. Friends tell you one thing, social media tells you another, and suddenly you're left wondering who — or what — to trust.

You don't need more opinions. You need clear, evidence-based information that helps you understand your options, know what to expect and make decisions that feel right for you.

That's exactly why I created this course.

THIS COURSE IS FOR YOU IF...

✓ You're expecting your first baby and want to know what to expect.

✓ You want to feel calm, confident and prepared — not overwhelmed.

✓ You want your birth partner to feel informed, involved and confident too.

✓ You want clear, evidence-based information without judgement or pressure.

✓ You can't attend face-to-face classes — or simply prefer learning from home.

✓ You need something that fits around work, family life or shift patterns.

✓ You want to be able to revisit lessons whenever you need them, throughout pregnancy and beyond.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN ONE PLACE

Unlike many online courses that focus mainly on labour and birth, this course prepares you for birth, baby and the early weeks of parenthood.

You'll learn about:

✓ How labour progresses and what to expect
✓ Making informed decisions and navigating your care
✓ Comfort measures and pain relief options
✓ How your birth partner can support you
✓ Feeding your baby and navigating common challenges
✓ Caring for your newborn with confidence
✓ What happens in the first hours after birth
✓ Preparing for your fourth trimester
✓ Plus downloadable workbooks, planners and practical resources

Over 10 hours of expert teaching across more than 60 lessons.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is this suitable for first-time parents?

Yes. The course is ideal if you're preparing for your first baby, but it's also suitable if you've had a baby before and want to feel more informed, prepared or supported this time.

When should I start?

Most parents start during the second or third trimester, but there's no set starting point. You'll get lifetime access, so you can begin whenever feels right and revisit lessons whenever you need them.

Is the course suitable if I'm planning a caesarean birth?

Absolutely. The course covers different birth pathways, including planned caesarean birth, induction and vaginal birth, so you can understand your options and prepare for the birth that's right for you.

You won't lose access to the course. Because you have lifetime access, you can continue with the lessons after your baby arrives, including feeding, newborn care and postnatal recovery.
