🕕 Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
📍 Venue: Younghays Centre, Cranbrook
💰 Cost: £200 per couple (includes all 5 sessions & refreshments)

What you’ll learn

  • Understanding labour and birth — what to expect and how to feel confident throughout

  • Pain relief options and how to make informed choices

  • The partner’s role — practical ways to give comfort and support during birth

  • Postnatal recovery & newborn care essentials

  • Relaxation and breathing techniques to stay calm and focused

✨ One session will be dedicated to birth partners, led by a relaxation specialist, to help both of you prepare together for a positive birth experience.

What’s included

  • 5 weekly in-person sessions (2 hours each)

  • Resources and Refreshments each week

  • A goody bag at your first session
