Join us for a full antenatal course in one relaxed and supportive day, designed to help you feel prepared for labour, birth and the early days with your baby.
This one-day intensive covers the same key topics as our 5-week antenatal course and is ideal for parents who would prefer to prepare for birth in a single day rather than attending weekly sessions.

Time: 9:00am – 4:30pm
Location: The CUB, Honiton
Suitable for: Babies due August – November
Group size: Maximum 8 couples
Cost: £225 per couple

• Baby’s first hours and newborn behaviour
• Practical baby care guidance
• Postnatal recovery and the early weeks
