Join us for a full antenatal course in one relaxed and supportive day, designed to help you feel prepared for labour, birth and the early days with your baby.
This course is ideal for parents who would prefer to prepare for birth in a single day rather than attending weekly sessions, while still receiving the same key information, guidance and support.

• Baby’s first hours after birth
• Understanding newborn behaviour
• Practical baby care guidance
• Postnatal recovery and the early weeks
This course is particularly suited to parents who:
• Would prefer a one-day course rather than weekly sessions
• Have a partner who may struggle to attend evening classes
• Are looking for a small, supportive group
• Want clear, balanced information to feel more confident about birth
