Join us for a full antenatal course in one relaxed and supportive day, designed to help you feel prepared for labour, birth and the early days with your baby.
This course is ideal for parents who would prefer to prepare for birth in a single day rather than attending weekly sessions, while still receiving the same key information, guidance and support.

Location: Lympstone Village Hall, Lympstone, Exmouth
Suitable for: Babies due July – October
Group size: Maximum 8 couples
Cost - £225 per couple
